(Good quality) Kebabs are a guilty secret of mine. I have a bit of a thing for eating a nice chicken shawarma or lamb gyros, preferably by a beach in the Aegean isles, or perhaps sitting beside a calm Ionian fishing port in the late evening sun, a cold glass a beer by my side.  In the UK, however, kebabs are associated with a late night, drunken meal on the way home from the pub. A bit of a shame, but that setting gave me some fertile ground for these ad ideas, in response to a @OneMinuteBriefs project for ‘Doner Kebabs’…
